Right of withdrawal

"You have the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods; however, this only applies to non-living products, such as soil. This rule does not apply to houseplants (according to Cabinet Regulation No. 255 (Regulations on Distance Contracts), point 22.4)."

To refuse the product, you can write to the email linda.vasara@augi-plants.lv or call. +371 25535456. The buyer covers the expenses related to returning the goods to the seller. The buyer can return the item if it is not damaged. The payment for the order will be refunded within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned item. The refund will be made by transferring the refundable amount to your account.

Return options for Telpaugu

If for any reason you have received a dead houseplant or a plant with significant defects (50% of the plant is damaged), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the plant and send pictures of the houseplant. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours. You can contact us by writing to the email linda.vasara@augi-plants.lv or by calling +371 25535456.

If the outdoor temperature is below +5 degrees and you have not added a heating element to the order, we do not take responsibility if the plant freezes.

Packages with plants must be picked up from parcel lockers or post offices on the same day that a notification (SMS or email) is received from the courier company that the package has been delivered. If the package with plants is not picked up on the same day, we do not take responsibility for the condition of the plant.

Please note that when purchasing a non-rooted plug, you need to assess your own ability to root it!

Order cancellation options

An order that has been placed can be canceled until the moment the order has been dispatched to the customer. The order can be canceled by calling the phone number +371 25535456 and informing about the order cancellation. In case we have already arranged for the delivery of the order, we reserve the right to withhold the delivery costs. The value of the paid purchase will be refunded to your specified account number.
